Where the tide slowly recedes, and a small foreshore is temporarily exposed...Sunday 27 September, 2020.The tenth Come Hell or High Water event, lasting, in all, from 4pm to 7pm, consisting of a two and half hour walking tour, created by InspiralLondon beginning and ending with works on the foreshore as well as during the walk by Sarah Sparkes, J D Swann, Rachel Gomme, Stephen Watts and Mark Pearce.
